Finn World Masters 2022 update......
121 Sailors from 25 countries with some ex Olympic sailors and Finn world champions took part in the World Masters last week which was being held in Helsinki, Finland.
Club members Andy Denison, Russell New and Simon Percival represented the UK and Christchurch Sailing Club at the event.
Andy Denison, who is president of the Finn World Masters, ensured the event ran smoothly on and off the water and unusually for Finland the weather was dry sunny and warm with a good mix of breeze for the weeks competition.
Andy and Russell came 94th and 95th respectively and Simon finished in 15th place overall.
