Junior Polo & Hoodie Order

I will be placing an order for Junior Hoodies and Polo shirts. These are not compulsory and are totally optional.
Each Hoodie and Polo will have the CSC Logo embroidered on the front and on the back Name chosen followed by Christchurch Junior Squad underneath.
